Revolutionary Novibra HPS design changed classical ring spinning and opened new prospects for spinning at speeds of up to 25 000 RPM.

The patented spindle design with two bearing concepts has not been bettered yet and has become a synonym for high speed spindle design.

Energy saving, minimum vibration, low noise level, even at speeds above 20 000 RPM are the unique advantages of millions of NOVIBRA spindles in use all over the world.

A wide range of spindles has been developed to provide optimal answers to both the economic and quality requirements of yarn producers and spinning machine manufacturers worldwide.
Our high-speed spindles are produced in state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
Almost all renowned manufacturers of ring spinning machines specify NOVIBRA spindles for high performance, reliability and long life.
HPS 68 design

The HPS 68 insert incorporates both the roller neck bearing and the footstep bearing.
The footstep bearing comprises a radial bearing which functions hydrodynamically and a free-sitting flat disc to absorb the axial forces.

The defined oscillating characteristics of the flexible tube which accommodates the footstep bearing prevent cross-locking of the neck bearing and the spindle blade in the event of severe radial movements of the spindle upper part occurring. Such a footstep bearing design offers substantial advantages in particular for high speeds and axial loads. It has been proven for decades in different types of NOVIBRA spindles.

Various designs of the spindle bolsters are available. Novibra offers spindles with hook as well as spindles equipped with an integrated axial retaining device of the spindle upper part (AV version).
