Balkan Cotton Gin Machinery

Balkan Textile Machinery has been founded  by  Mechanical Engineer  Örsdemir BALKAN in Aydın/ Turkey  on 1960. It has begun to  product spare parts  and aluminium frames of Textile Machinery. Especially, it manufacture textile machinery since 30 years and Generally, it is established (Harman Hallaç Tesisleri) by Balkan Textile Machinery and yarn factories and waste cleaning are wallet of customer.

It has 30.000 m² product area. Balkan Makine has been  improved information processing and machinery park. Balkan Textile Machinery  have been developed with CAD (Computer Aided Design) and is manufactured sensitive by universal, CNC and cold forming departments. Approximately, fifty  percent of manufactured machinery is exported  to the Turkish republics, Europa, Africa, America, India, Russia, Brazil. 250 persons  have been working in the Production line of Balkan companies.

Balkan companies trying to produce best quality machines for users in the world. Past 50 years we have improved our quality and capacity for all customers and to our competitors.

We are using highest technology in our factories to improve capacity of textile machines and ginning machines. We have attended DREAM project in Europe Commitee for improve our production steps and production periods.

BALKAN name has been known brand in textile sector in the world. Whereever you go, you can find or see Balkan machines in the world. We have more than 20 agents in the world and they introduce and  direct marketing our machineries to customers.

Last 5 years Balkan started producing home textile machineries for ball fiber for pillows, pillow filling and weighing systems, quilting feeding line for domectic and Europen market…
